One person is dead after police say two cars were racing near 21st & Sheridan early Saturday morning. Tulsa Police officers on the scene say 33-year-old Kenneth Morgan lost control of his vehicle, crossed the center line and hit another car head on. Andre Carolina, who was a passenger in Morgan’s vehicle, died after being transported to an area hospital.
Tulsa Police say Morgan admitted he’d had a couple of beers and was racing. Officers say four others were taken to the hospital, some in critical condition.
Morgan was arrested early Saturday and is being held on bond.
Carolina and Morgan were partners at Carolina & Morgan law firm.
