STATE DEPARTMENT (AP) -- Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice is calling on North Korea to give a complete declaration of its nuclear program. Rice wants the North to honor its pledge to disable all its nuclear weapons facilities and provide a complete and accurate declaration of its atomic program.
She says she'd like Pyongyang to take the actions by the end of the year, but added that the key is "to get this process right."
Rice says North Korea's cooperation is essential to improving diplomatic relations with the U.S. and its allies.
