BROKEN ARROW, Okla. (AP) -- A man who was given a deferred sentence in Tulsa earlier this year after pleading guilty to marijuana charges has been arrested in Broken Arrow on new drug charges. Police say Farshad Motakefpour was arrested with Brittany Nicole Romo for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute after nine pounds of the drug was found in their home in Broken Arrow.
Police also seized nearly $10,000 in cash from the home.
Motakefpour was arrested in January at his home in Tulsa after police found marijuana and more than $80,000 in cash there.
He was given a deferred sentence after pleading guilty to drug charges.
