It's back to class for students who lost their school after the ice storm. Jones High School in Oklahoma County lost power and when the electricity came back on it sparked a fire that destroyed most of the building. Kids are now cramming into whatever space wasn’t damaged. Administrators have also brought in five temporary buildings and some classes are being held at a nearby church.
"It's crowded and loud and you really can't concentrate,†said student Cody Miller.
"We knew today would be difficult. We knew this week would be difficult, but you have to go through today so we can start getting back to some sense of normalcy,†said Principal Carl Johnson.
The school's principal said it was important for students to come back to class before Christmas, so they wouldn't fall behind after almost a month out of school.
