OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ A Web site with Oklahoma's financial information and how state money is spent will be online soon. State Finance Director Tony Hutchinson says the Web site ``Open Books'' is in the final stages of development. The site will include the state's payroll for every agency in the state and how each agency spends money.
The site is the result of a law passed earlier this year and requires the site to be operational by January 1st.
Hutchinson says setting up the site cost less than $400,000 and about $200,000 dollars will be needed each year to keep it running and continue developing it.
