Seattle is the NFC West champ for the fourth straight year, improving to 9-and-4 with a 42-21 rout of Arizona. Matt Hasselbeck had four touchdown passes for the Seahawks, who jumped out to a 24-0 lead by the second quarter of their fifth consecutive victory.
The Seahawks had five sacks and five interceptions against Kurt Warner, with Patrick Kerney recording his third three-sack game in four weeks.
The 6-and-7 Cardinals are one game out of an NFC playoff berth.
