CAMARILLO, Calif. (AP) -- A nationwide survey found the lowest prices for gasoline in Tulsa. The Lundberg Survey of 7,000 gas stations found Tulsa's average of $2.74 per gallon to be the lowest in the country.

Overall, the survey found that the national average price for gasoline went down about 9 cents over the last three weeks and that the average price of regular gasoline on Friday was $3 a gallon.

The highest price in the country was in San Francisco, at $3.42.
