More news about what could be a gang-initiation kidnapping and murder in McClain County. McClain County prosecutors have charged a known skinhead in the case. According to a court document, Darrell Madden and Bradley Qualls kidnapped and killed 62-year-old Steven Domer of Edmond. Domer's friends say he was gay. His body and burned car were found days after he disappeared.
Madden is not being charged with a hate crime in Domer's death because the law doesn't cover sexual orientation. Madden is a self-proclaimed skinhead and member of a white supremacist group.
Domer's murder was supposed to earn Qualls a place in that gang, but Qualls was also found murdered and Madden is the suspect.
