The school superintendent in Marble City is offering to resign and repay $100,000 in missing district money. In exchange, he wants the school board to recommend a deferred sentence on an embezzlement charge against him.
The Sequoyah County District Attorney’s Office filed charges against Larry Couch in August. A recent audit found Couch may have taken more than $500,000 dollars from the district
