Oklahomans are digging deep into their pockets to help hurricane victims. Thursday morning, local Cox Radio stations joined with the American Red Cross and the Oklahoma National Bank in a drive to raise money.
In a three-hour time span, dozens of people showed up to donate. KRMG’s Rick Coury: "Tulsans are used to giving and getting because of tornadoes, 3 $500 donations, this can has $1,000, its been terrific."
At last word, the fund drive helped raise almost $7,000 for hurricane victims.
