A federal appeals court panel has ruled against a group asking for damages for Tulsa's 1921 Race Riot.
Nearly 400 people sued last year, claiming a conspiracy by state and local officials and a racist court system prevented them from recovering damages.
The Tenth US Circuit Court of Appeals upheld an earlier decision and ruled out damages. The plaintiffs can appeal to the US Supreme Court.
