The Creek County DA clears Sapulpa police officers of any wrong-doing during a recent arrest that ended in a death.

Darrell Wick died on August 14th when police were trying to take him into custody. Sapulpa Police say during a struggle, Wick fell through a front glass door. A piece of glass sliced an artery in Wick's neck and he died.

His family said police pushed Wick through the door and caused his death.

The police chief says the internal investigation found the death to be an accident.
