The Muskogee County district attorney wants to extend the supervision of a teen who shot and wounded five classmates.

Seth Trickey is now 17 years old. He shot the students with his father's handgun outside the Fort Gibson Middle School in 1999. He pleaded guilty to the shootings. And spent three years at the Rader Center in Sand Springs.

Trickey is currently living with his grandparents in Kansas. The Muskogee County DA has filed a motion saying Trickey should remain under supervision because of the magnitude of his crime.

The court will decide on that request in October.
