One man is behind bars and another is on the loose after Tulsa Police say they broke into the Texaco at I-244 and Yale early Thursday morning.

Officers were responding to an alarm call around 4:30 AM when they saw a car driving away from the area. That's when police say the driver took them on a short chase that ended when the driver hit a curb near the Will Rogers High School.

The men got out and ran. A police dog caught the passenger, Megial Tate[pictured], but the driver got away. Tulsa Police found a trash can full of cigarettes in the trunk of the car.
