OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- 36 people have died in traffic accidents in Oklahoma so far this month, compared to 58 in July 2003.

The state Department of Public Safety says the number of traffic deaths for the year is up. It reports 443 deaths this year, compared to 367 at this time last year.
