McALESTER, Okla. (AP) -- A Pittsburg County judge is refusing to overrule an order requiring Terry Nichols' attorneys to return equipment bought during the Oklahoma City bombing case.
The equipment includes computers paid for by the Oklahoma County Court Fund. The fund provided funding for Nichols' defense.
Nichols' attorneys asked Judge Steven Taylor to overturn an Oklahoma County judge's order that they return the equipment.
Taylor says his court has never had jurisdiction over the matter.
Oklahoma County Judge Noma Gurich says Nichols' lawyers spent nearly $90,000 on computers and office equipment before they stopped providing details of their expenses.
