Attorneys for accused double murderer Scott Eizember want a change of venue. They've filed a motion to move the case out of Creek County.

They say Eizember can't get a fair trial there because of all the publicity surrounding his capture.

Eizember is charged with murdering a Depew couple, assaulting his ex-girlfriend's mother and teenage son, and kidnapping an Arkansas doctor and his wife.
