Someone's been stealing pay phones in the Tulsa area. 160 of them in the past six months.

Ryan Taylor recently pleaded guilty to stealing payphones and got a deferred sentence. Tulsa Police say when he was in jail, the thefts stopped and since he's been out, they've started up again.

They cost about a $1,000 to replace.
