A 17-year-old Henryetta boy charged with murder is being held without bond. Cody James is accused of shooting his pregnant ex-girlfriend.

Henryetta Police say James walked up to 16-year-old Rebecca Johnson Tuesday as she was sitting in a truck with a relative and shot her.

Police say Johnson was ten weeks pregnant.

James goes to court again next week.
