Police say the driver was going well above 60 in this 25 mile per hour zone. He clipped another car ran up on this lawn, rolled several times then struck a tree. Police say the driver was ejected on impact and hit the side of the house. The truck then landed on top of him. Investigators have released little information on the driver, they say he is a white male and appears to be in his mid 40's. Brian Gray saw it all happen. Not only was he inside the vehicle struck by the speeding truck the truck slammed into his house. "I don't know whether he was drinking and driving or might have a blackout or what, but he was obviously moving fast enough to flip his car. It was just terrible, terrible and it happened quick." Police say it's too early too tell if there were any other factors involved in the crash. Now they'll await the medical examiner's report.
