A man is in the hospital after an early Thursday morning shooting. Tulsa Police responded to a call at Waterstone Apartments near 56th and Peoria.

They found the victim outside with a gunshot wound to the leg. Police say he would not cooperate with the investigation.

Police do not have any suspects at this time.
