(Stillwater-AP) -- Oklahoma State is expected to announce soon a donation of at least $10-million to its football stadium project.

The identity of the donor isn't known, but The Oklahoman reports it is a prominent Oklahoman.

OSU received a $20-million donation last year from OSU alum and oilman Boone Pickens. The school then renamed Lewis Field as Boone Pickens stadium.

Phase One of the stadium renovation is reconstruction of the south side and is to be complete in time for the season-opener September 11th against Tulsa.

The latest donation will help with Phase Two, which is reconstruction of the north stands that's to begin after the season.
