A 15-year-old Wagoner County boy accused of stabbing a classmate to death will be tried as a juvenile. <br/><br/>The state Court of Criminal Appeals overturned a judge's ruling regarding Daniel Dillingham.

A 15-year-old Wagoner County boy accused of stabbing a classmate to death will be tried as a juvenile.
The state Court of Criminal Appeals overturned a judge's ruling regarding Daniel Dillingham. Dillingham is charged in the December stabbing death of 16-year-old Andy Robinson.
Robinson was stabbed in the chest and back with a butcher knife on a Porter School bus on the way to school.
