(Tulsa-AP) -- The eight top executives of Callidus Technologies are buying the Tulsa company from its parent company.
Callidus was owned by Chicago Bridge and Iron Company of The Netherlands and makes low-emission combustion systems for the refining industry and flares for offshore drilling rigs.
The purchase price wasn't disclosed, but Callidus president and chief executive Bill Bartlett says the company expects to add 100 jobs within five years. The company currently has about 200 employees in Tulsa and Beggs.
The group has managed the company for 15 years.
