A Bixby man was arrested in Delaware County for pointing a gun at campers over the weekend.

It happened at the Sycamore Park in Flint Ridge. That's just south of the town of Kansas. Officers say 26-year-old William Lynn was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon.

Witnesses told police Lynn was driving too fast through the campground, so they asked him to slow down. That's when he pointed a gun at them.

Police say Lynn has a lengthy criminal history. His bond was set at $10,000.
