An investigation is underway into a house fire that heavily damaged a North Tulsa home. The fire was called in around 1:15 am Friday.

It started in the back of the home at 1600 North Denver and then spread. The house was vacant so no one was hurt. Damage is estimated at about $40,000.

A house next sustained some damage to its siding as well.
