(Chicago-AP) -- One of Oklahoma's largest banks will be changing its name.

Bank One will change its name to Chase after completing a merger with JP Morgan Chase and Company. The $58-billion merger was announced in January and is expected to be approved by federal regulators within weeks.

Bank One is the fifth-largest bank in Oklahoma with 34 branches across the state, 23 in the Oklahoma City area.
