(Oklahoma City-AP) -- The state Supreme Court is refusing to reconsider its ruling that upholds the ban on cockfighting.

The court ruled unanimously in March that the law prohibiting cockfighting is constitutional. The law was approved by voters in 2002.

The court Monday denied a request by game fowl breeders to re-hear the case.
