A multi-agency sting has taken the bite out of drug sales and dog fighting. Arrests were made and search warrants were served in five Oklahoma counties Tuesday.
It all started in January of last year when an informant told the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs about marijuana trafficking and dog fighting. Agents infiltrated the ring, found out who the players were and made their move in Holdenville Tuesday.
At least fourteen people have been arrested and more than 100 dogs have been seized. The state veterinarian found that most of the dogs were in good shape.
They'll be taken to animal shelters in central Oklahoma.
