Vision 2025 money will save Tulsa's Meadow Gold sign on Route 66. The building at 11th and Lewis on which the Meadow Gold sign sits is being demolished.

The cost to dismantle and move the sign skyrocketed after the initial estimates. Luckily, Vision 2025 allocates over $2-million for Route 66 enhancements. So now, $30,000 of that money will be used to move the historic sign.

It will be restored, then rebuilt somewhere on 11th Street.
