Tulsa's renowned spring festival of the arts, Mayfest 2004 is underway. The popular outdoor downtown festival got off to a soggy start Thursday.

250,000 people are expected to attend the event over its four day run. There's everything from music and visual arts to the Disney Kid Zone. And of course there's plenty of great food. Mayfest runs through Sunday.
