Mexican authorities say they're "enormously pleased" that Oklahoma Governor Brad Henry has given clemency to a Mexican national convicted of murder.
Henry switched Osbaldo Torres' death sentence to life without parole. Torres was convicted in 1996 of killing an Oklahoma City couple.
A violation of the Vienna Convention is a key issue that saved Torres' life.
