Tulsa Police have arrested two teenagers in connection with a string of purse snatchings. Officers arrested 18 year old Dustin Lara and a 17 year old friend.

Police believe the suspects could be responsible for 4 purse snatchings Monday at Woodland Hills Mall and Promenade Mall.
