It appears a controversial election over Tulsa's Third District city council race is finally over.

Roscue Turner won a second election for the seat against the incumbent last month. But Turner and his wife were then accused of violating election laws.

After an investigation, the Tulsa County DA's office ruled no charges will be filed.
