A Tulsa County judge says a killer's attorneys did not poorly represent their client. District Judge Jesse Harris has rejected Wayne Garrison's claim that his defense attorneys failed to bring up evidence about his life, including his history of child abuse and neglect.

Garrison was convicted and sentenced to death in 2001 for killing 13-year-old Justin Wiles in 1989. Judge Harris sent Garrison's conviction and death sentence back to the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals.
