A judge has ruled a Sequoyah County man's confession to a deadly shooting spree will be allowed.
Daniel Fears reportedly told the Oklahoma Highway Patrol he shot people in October 2002. Fears claimed aliens were "messing with his brain."
He's accused of killing two people, and wounding eight others. Fears trial is set for September.
