An update this morning on that fatal I-40 bridge collapse nearly two years ago. A federal appeals court has limited the amount of money Oklahoma can ask for from a Mississippi tow boat company.
Magnolia Marine Transport Company owned the towboat that rammed two barges into the bridge near Webbers Falls. 14 people were killed.
Oklahoma wants $58-million for bridge repairs and other expenses. But the towboat company has argued an 1851 law limits its damages.
