(Norman-AP) -- Oklahoma football coach Bob Stoops says quarterback Jason White won't play in Saturday's Red-White game.

White will be honored at halftime for winning the Heisman Trophy, but will be held out of the game, which will be the final spring practice.

White has been held out of physical spring practices and Stoops says there's no need to risk an injury.

The game begins at 2 Saturday afternoon with gates 2, 5 and 7 to open at 12:30. Advance tickets are 5 for adults and $2 for students. Children under 5 will be admitted free.

Ticket prices go up to $10 for adults and $5 for students on Saturday.
