(Oklahoma City-AP) -- The House Wednesday passed a bill increasing the penalty on owners of stores that sell tobacco to minors.
The bill by Representative Ray Vaughn of Edmond passed on an 87-to-12 vote and goes back to the state Senate for final consideration.
Stores caught selling tobacco or cigarettes to minors could have their tobacco license suspended for a third offense.
