Tulsa Police are investigating a stabbing incident Thursday evening. It happened in an alley in the 1200 block of South Rockford.

Police were called because of an argument. When they arrived they found a woman who'd been stabbed at least four times. She is in the hospital, but is expected to survive.

Police say they found 47-year-old Robert McCloud coming out of a nearby apartment. He'd also been stabbed and police say he left a trail of blood from the alley to the apartment. McCloud was arrested.

Witnesses told police the woman screamed the suspect was trying to rape her. Police are still investigating.
