(Oklahoma City-AP) â€“ Governor Brad Henry says he's working to get a variety of groups involved in creating a workers' compensation bill that will pass the Legislature.

He says he hopes to build a consensus among businesses, the insurance industry, labor and lawyers.

The governor says he's still waiting to hear back from some of the groups.

Henry says it doesn't matter whose bill is passed as long as an agreement is reached.

But he says he won't support any plan that doesn't cut costs to Oklahoma businesses while increasing benefits for injured workers.
