McALESTER, Okla. (AP) _ State charges against Oklahoma City bombing conspirator Terry Nichols, filed March 29, 1999:

_First-degree murder, 161 felony counts. Accuses Nichols in the deaths of 160 victims of the Oklahoma City bombing, which killed 168 people, and the death of one victims' fetus considered viable under state law. The charges do not include eight federal law enforcement officers whose deaths were prosecuted at Nichols' federal trial. Punishable by death by lethal injection, life in prison without parole or life with the possibility of parole.

_Conspiracy to commit arson, one felony count. Accuses Nichols of conspiring with Timothy McVeigh to commit arson by detonating a bomb at the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building. Punishable by up to 35 years in prison.

_First-degree arson, one felony count. Accuses Nichols of working with McVeigh to place an explosive device which destroyed the Oklahoma City federal building. Punishable by up to 35 years in prison.
