Former Oklahoma State and N-B-A basketball player Byron Houston has been released from a private treatment center where he served part of his sentence on four indecent exposure convictions.
Oklahoma County District Judge Ray Elliott yesterday refused to remove a supervised probation for the 34-year-old.
Houston led the Cowboys in scoring in 1991 and '92 and helped the team to the Big Eight title in 1991. He went on to play four years in the N-B-A for Golden State, Seattle and Sacramento.
He pleaded guilty in 2002 to four counts of indecent exposure and single counts of driving while intoxicated and transporting an open container.
Houston's defense attorney claims Houston has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder.
