Police are looking for a suspect following a shooting at a Tulsa apartment complex Monday evening at the Asbury Square Apartments located at 8308 E 25th Pl.

Officers found Elizabeth Jacob on the ground still alive with a gunshot wound to the head. Jacob died today.

Detectives say she was arrested recently as a material witness in the murder of Anthony Overstreet back in February. Overstreet's body was found rolled in carpet and dumped near 21st and Memorial.

Police believe Luis Lara-Martinez killed Overstreet. Martinez was shot and killed by police when they tried to arrest him a couple of weeks ago.
