A Tulsa judge has dismissed embezzlement charges against A former Tulsa police officer.

The judge said one felony and four misdemeanor charges against 14-year veteran Anna Cowdrey were based on "nothing more than mere suspicion."

Tulsa Police accused Cowdrey of taking about $2,000 and a car stereo from the police property room.

Sheâ€™s appealing her November termination.
