(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Oklahoma City Police say no charges will be filed against state Insurance Commissioner Carroll Fisher after and open can of beer was found in his parked pickup truck.
Police Captain Jeffrey Becker says it isn't illegal to have an open can of beer in a parked vehicle on private property.
An officer investigating a report of an illegally parked truck outside the Insurance Commission's office saw the open beer can in a center console cup holder.
Fisher pleaded no contest in October to a drunken-driving charge and now faces charges of operating a charity illegally and embezzling money raised in conjunction with an insurance education program.
