(Cushing-AP) -- Narcotics agents Tuesday expanded their investigation into drug trafficking at an Oklahoma prison by serving three search warrants.
The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics searched two homes in Chandler and another in Stroud. Bureau spokesman Mark Woodward says investigators found documents that directly tie three people to a drug-trafficking operation at Cimarron Correction Facility in Cushing.
Woodward says one man was helping supply drugs to a prison inmate and two others were funneling money out of the prison.
Woodward says the three will face federal drug trafficking charges soon.
Two others have already been charged in the case, including a former correctional officer at the prison.
