Delaware County Sheriff arrested for DUI

The Delaware County Sheriff has some legal troubles. An Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper stopped Sheriff Lenden Woodruff on Highway 59 Saturday night.

Woodruff was pulled over for driving erratically. The trooper says Woodruff resisted arrest while being handcuffed, and refused a breath alcohol test.

He faces a variety of charges including DUI, possession of a firearm while intoxicated, and traveling with an open container.
