There's a surprise ending to a shooting investigation in West Siloam Springs.

Earlier this week, we told you about a woman shot during a robbery at a loan company in the Delaware County community. The News on 6 has learned the shooter and victim staged the whole thing.

Authorities say 25-year-old Tara Brewer and 25-year-old Crystal Woodham planned the robbery two weeks ago. They say Brewer even gave the gun to Woodham and told her where to shoot her.

Investigators say Woodham confessed and authorities recovered the gun and some of the stolen cash and checks.
