A Tulsa fire captain has resigned. Captain Bryan Hanson resigned from the department Tuesday.

His resignation comes just days after he was charged with felony drug possession. Tulsa Fire Chief Allen LaCroix: "We have a very high off-duty conduct standard. Hanson was aware, he apologized for actions that have embarrassed the department."

Hanson had been with the Tulsa Fire Department for 13 years.
